Before purchasing tickets to any Special Event HOSTED BY JACKSON GA ESCAPE GAMES AND/OR THE CARMICHAEL HOUSE, please read the policies outlined below. By purchasing tickets to any of our Special Events, you are legally agreeing to follow our policies, which forms a binding contract between you, the purchaser/attendee, and the hosts, Jackson GA Escape Games & The Carmichael House. 

Admission tickets are required in order to attend any of the events taking place on a specific day. All tickets are non-refundable.    Admission wristbands can be picked up day of the event at the check-in table.  Your admission wristband must be worn at all times during the event.

Attendees are allowed to take pictures during our events and are encouraged to tag @jacksongaescapegames and @thecarmichaelhouse on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.  

*Special notice: Our Special Events are private events and videos and/or photography that occurs during the events are property of Jackson Ga Escape Games and The Carmichael House. These photos/videos are subject to be used for future advertisements. By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree that your image may be used for event and advertising purposes. 

Reselling of tickets purchased to the event is not allowed. If you resell tickets, you can be banned from attending any future events. Tickets must be picked up by the person whose name is on the ticket order! If the ticket order name is entered incorrectly, please email theupsidedown1986@gmail.com to have this corrected prior to the event.

While you may still purchase tickets for yourself and your friends/family under your name, you are required to let us know who you are purchasing tickets for. In the event you purchase tickets for anyone who is banned from our events for any reason, you will not be refunded for that ticket and we reserve the right to ban you from any event, as well.  

All tickets must be picked up at check-in the day of event by the person who purchased the tickets.  If the person that purchased the tickets will not be in attendance, you will need to email us at theupsidedown1986@gmail.com to let us know who will pick up the tickets prior to the event.

Jackson Ga Escape Games and The Carmichael House will not tolerate ANY bullying. If you are found to be bad-mouthing or bullying anyone in a public forum or attacking someone online, we reserve the right to ban you from any and all future events. This extends to our team members, the talent, members of any other convention companies, and/or the companies themselves. Please be advised this includes any type of behavior that can be considered stalking or intimidation. The talent attending the events do not deserve to be exposed to such negativity and we will do whatever we can to protect our attendees, supporters, team, volunteers, and the talent.

Jackson Ga Escape Games and The Carmichael House reserves the right to deny entry to the events to any patron for any reason without a refund.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable! All purchases are final. While we never anticipate guest cancellations, refunds will NOT be permitted should your guest cancel. If an attendee attempts to make a fraudulent chargeback claim, Jackson Ga Escape Games and The Carmichael House reserves the right to attempt legal action and will result in the attendee being banned from any and all future events.

In the unlikely occurrence that the event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

By purchasing tickets to any event hosted by Jackson Ga Escape Games and/or The Carmichael House, you agree to accept and abide by these rules.
